Boosto provides tools to help you create, schedule, and publish content (for example, LinkedIn-oriented content and blog-related features) based on your inputs and brand context. Features may change over time. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, rankings, or engagement metrics.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information and keep it updated
• Safeguard your credentials and notify us of unauthorized use
• Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing and billing cycle shown at checkout or in your account. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of access. Unless required by law or expressly stated, fees are non-refundable.

You will not (and will not permit others to):

• Violate applicable laws or third-party rights
• Upload malware, probe or attack our systems, or scrape the Services in violation of these Terms
• Use the Services to generate unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading content at scale
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law
• Resell or redistribute the Services without our written consent

Boosto retains all rights in the Services, software, branding, and documentation. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes. You retain rights to content you provide; you grant us a license to host, process, and display it as needed to operate and improve the Services.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing content before publication or reliance.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOOSTO AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100), EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

You will defend and indemnify Boosto and its affiliates, officers, and employees against any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including limitations, indemnity, and intellectual property) will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise. Courts in Delaware (or another forum we specify in writing) have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable arbitration or small-claims rules where applicable.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
